Caitlin Adams is senior director of human resources at The California Wellness Foundation, where she champions a purposeful culture rooted in innovation, creativity, and impact, with a steadfast commitment to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She leads a dedicated team in delivering best-in-class practices that support the talented staff of Cal Wellness. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and selection, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and professional development, culture and engagement, and overall people operations.
Adams joined Cal Wellness in June 2017 after serving as director of human resources at an independent private school in Los Angeles. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at The Broad Foundations & Family Office Financial Services, progressing from associate to director of human resources. She began her HR career as an assistant at First Regional Bank (now First Citizens Bank).
Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York.
