Amy Tat is human resources manager for The California Wellness Foundation. Partnering closely with organizational leaders to align talent initiatives and organizational priorities, Tat works on talent acquisition, performance and professional development, staff DEI initiatives, and is a key player in Cal Wellness’ employee relations and employee experience.
In her previous role as senior manager of people at Inspire Clean Energy, Tat managed various people programs to enhance the employee experience, enable high performance, attract and retain top talent, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Prior to that, she worked at Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, where she served as operations associate and worked cross-departmentally with human resources, operations, facilities, IT and finance.
Tat holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, in environmental science and a master’s degree in social entrepreneurship from University of Southern California.
