Alexa Alarcon is executive assistant and communications coordinator for the public affairs team. In this role, she supports strategic communications coordination, media relations, and provides project management and administrative support.
Prior to joining Cal Wellness, she worked at Pacoima Beautiful, an environmental justice nonprofit in the San Fernando Valley, where she served as a communications manager. She has also worked with Los Angeles Football Club, Angel City Football Club, and the LA City Employees’ Retirement System. Alarcon received a BS in Sports Management with a concentration in Media Studies from New York University.
